Responsibilities of Part-Time Office Administrator-Manually input order data into computer system-Accurately perform other data entry -Run various reports for engineers as required-Utilize QuickBooks to organized and enter information-Provide support with answering incoming calls when needed-Perform other administrative tasksRequirements of Part-Time Office Administrator-Basic Knowledge of QuickBooks-Data entry skills-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Software-Superior attention to detail-Able to work independentlyHours:
