We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our teamThis is an incredible opportunity to work with a fast-paced, results-oriented groupThe successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and managing all aspects of our commercial insurance clients' needsThis role requires an individual who is comfortable working in a demanding environment, managing multiple priorities, and utilizing their excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be entrusted with the following
Responsibilities:
1Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded.
2Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements.
3Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the seamless transition of new clients.
4Review and analyze clients' existing insurance coverage and provide recommendations for improvement.
5Oversee the renewal process for all assigned clients, including preparing renewal proposals and negotiating with carriers for the best terms.
6Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
7Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters to manage claims and risk management issues.
8Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide the best advice and service to clients.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Commercial Lines Account Manager, you must possess the following:
1A minimum of 3
years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
2A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
3Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
4Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
5Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
7Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8An insurance designation such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU is preferred.
